Early Bird Meditation: 60 minutes
Tues & Wed & Friday @ 7am
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to posted time with a sit cushion/yoga mat and a shawl or blanket.
Yoga Class: 75 minutes
Tues & Friday @ 8pm
