Meditation & Yoga Schedule
Early Bird Meditation: 60 minutes
Wednesdays @ 8am
(April 22nd & 29th, May 6th & 13th)
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to posted time with a sit cushion/yoga mat and a shawl or blanket.
Yoga Class: 75 minutes
Tuesday & Thursday @ 9:30am
(April 21st, 23rd, 28th, 30th & May 5th, 7th,12th and 14th)
